About MRE
My Resveratrol Experience was created to provide people with a medium to share their personal experiences with resveratrol, discuss resveratrol in general, anti aging, and overall healthy lifestyles. The idea with MRE is to make information sharing easy and "user contributed." We do our best to provide relevant and unbiased information to visitors of MRE. We also like to encourage visitors to share any relevant information about resveratrol, including their own personal experiences.

Just as a reminder we are not doctors, nor do we have any background in medicine or supplement science other than what we have learned through my own research. When we read medical journals it takes us hours to get through one report because so much of our time is spent looking up strange words and trying to understand the definition. It gets overwhelming and at times we find ourselves completely lost. We are sure others can relate.
